Refunds & Cancellations

Most furniture is made to order and is often non-returnable or carries a restocking fee. Please take care when placing an order to ensure all measurements are correct/colour choices match to existing furniture.

A detailed guide of chair and table heights can be found here, please check these with your teachers and any existing furniture as relevant.

Should any changes be required to your order, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to amend your order accordingly.

Upon receipt of your goods, please advise us within 48 hours of any discrepancies/damages. Notification received outside of these timescales may result in us being unable to repair/replace/refund these items.
