Queen Mary’s Grammar School, Walsall

The new Student Welfare Hub includes several different Zones to suit different learning styles.

To help the school create different leaning zones within the new Student Welfare Hub, Forward Furniture recommended a wide range of different seating and desking styles including individual study booths with static chairs, group tables for collaborative learning, Dumbbell Wobble stools for students who prefer to learn ‘on the move’, and Gravity Modular upholstered stools in different shapes and colours. The finished result is a welcoming and comfortable learning area where pupils can relax within comfortable surroundings, and learn in an area where they feel the most comfortable.

The Facilities Manager Kevin Parker was very happy with the end result, and said:

Forward Furniture in Bromsgrove helped us to create a great new learning space for our pupils, with a variety of seating and desking types to suite a wide variety of learning styles. Their installation team put the flat packed items together and removed all the packaging, making the whole project really hassle free. If you’re looking to push the boundaries I would highly recommend Forward Furniture, and their great range of classroom furniture
